Justice/Injustice

1)Person is released from jail as soon as he or she has repaid you the $1000.
2) Person goes to jail for two to five years but is not required to repay anything.
3)Person goes to jail for a year and must repay the $1000.

I think 1 is way too lenient. The criminal won't learn his lesson this way and will probably repeat the crime. 2 is better, but still doesn't help the victim. 3 is the best, in my opinion. The victim does not lose any money and the criminal is punished appropriately, and will probably not repeat the offense. In the United States and South Florida 3 would probably be the most common punishment, depending on the case. There have also been cases where 1 or 2 were used, though.

Loyalty

My definition of a loyal person is a person who is trustworthy and does not double-cross their friends. Loyalty doesn't just mean favoring certain people, it also means living up to promises and keeping secrets that others have confided in you. It has a broad definition, it's one of those words that can't easily be defined, it's something you have to learn for yourself.
